AGENCY

Moore Projects, founded by Nicole Moore, is a social impact consultancy specializing in narrative and content strategy, partnership development, community engagement, and branding services. We work with organizations, brands, and creatives looking for new, powerful brand narratives that shape how they are seen and experienced in the world.

Our work is grounded in the understanding that effective social change communications requires:

● Deep cultural competency and authentic engagement with communities most impacted by the issues.

● Research-driven strategies that balance data with authentic human storytelling.

● Bold messaging that challenges the status quo while building coalitions.

● Sustainable approaches that match organizational capacity and resources.

Nicole brings deep marketing and content development expertise, proven narrative reframing success, strong coalition-building relationships, and a commitment to centering community, culture, and lived experience in every aspect of her work. Known for delivering creative excellence at every phase, while infusing her humor, keen curiosity, and passion for collaboration, Nicole is building an agency with a reputation for fresh thinking and shifting culture.

Previously, as the Multicultural Brand Engagement Director at Planned Parenthood’s national office, Nicole owned the strategic brief for PP's historic six-month racial reckoning process, coordinating input from almost two dozen stakeholders across multiple divisions to fundamentally reframe the organization's relationship to its 100-year history and founder's eugenics beliefs.

When Nicole served as the Director of Communications for Abortion Access Front, she built partnerships with 40+ social change organizations, including the WNBA, AfroPunk, and NAACP’s Legal Defense Fund, creating cross-movement infrastructure that drove measurable outcomes. She led the organizational rebrand from Lady Parts Justice League to Abortion Access Front to broaden coalition appeal and realign the brand to be more intersectional, accessible, and impactful.

Recently Moore Projects has expanded into academia, architecting organizational brand narratives; developing mission and messaging guides; and creating social media and content strategy for a number of clients including NYU Rory Meyers College of Nursing; ACTIONS (Abortion Care Training Incubator of Outstanding Nurse Scientists) at UC San Francisco; Howard University College of Nursing and Allied Health Sciences; and The Manning Price Spratlen Center for Anti-Racism & Equity in Nursing at the University of Washington.
